For small firms bidding for public contracts
Your tender answers drafted from your own material in 5–7 working days — £750
Upload the Invitation to Tender and what you already have — past contracts, policies, CVs, certificates. We list every question with its word limit, weight and deadline, draft each answer only from your documents, and an editor checks every sentence against them. Anything your documents do not show is marked as a gap for you to fill. You submit the bid.
What it costs
£750 per bid
If the bid does not win and the authority gives our answers less than half of the quality marks — or gives no marks at all — £375 comes back. Under the Procurement Act 2023 the authority sends every bidder an assessment summary after a competitive award; that is what the refund is measured by.
A bid-writing agency quotes £2,000 to £8,000 for a single tender response (source). We are cheaper because software reads the ITT and drafts from your documents; a person still checks every answer.
How it works
- You upload the ITT. We read it in your browser and show at once the questions, word limits, weights and deadlines we found, each with the page it is on.
- You upload your material. Case studies, contracts you have delivered, your policies, CVs, certificates, an earlier bid. Word, PDF or text.
- We draft, an editor checks. Every sentence of every answer points to the words in your documents it comes from. Our code refuses any figure or name that is not in them; the editor reads the rest.
- You read, fill the gaps, submit. On screen and as a Word file, with a checklist of the deadline and what the ITT asks you to attach. You submit through the authority's portal; we never log in for you.

What we do not do
We do not write anything about your company that your documents do not show — inaccurate or misleading information is a ground for excluding a supplier (Procurement Act 2023, Sch. 7 para. 13). We do not submit the bid, price it or sign its declarations. We are not lawyers: this is not legal advice. No one can promise that a bid wins.
Drafts are made with an AI model that keeps nothing it is sent, and checked by a person. Using AI to prepare a bid is not prohibited; an authority may ask you to say whether you did, and the draft's checklist tells you how to answer (PPN 017).
