Terms

These are the terms of Tender Bids. Asking for a bid commits you to nothing; they apply once you accept them in your account to order one.

  1. What we do. Tender Bids reads the tender documents you upload, lists the questions, word limits, weights and deadlines with the page each comes from, and drafts an answer to each quality question from the material you give us — past projects, policies, CVs, certificates. An editor on our side checks every answer against your material before you see it. You receive the draft on screen and as a Word file within 5 to 7 working days of sending everything, or sooner if the tender's deadline requires and we say so.
  2. What we do not do. We do not submit anything for you and never ask for your portal login. We do not write anything about your company that your material does not show: what it does not show is marked as a gap for you to fill. We do not price your bid, sign declarations or give legal advice. No one can promise that a bid wins.
  3. Your part. You give us true and current material, read every sentence of the draft before you use it, fill or remove each gap yourself, and submit the bid yourself through the authority's portal before its deadline. You alone are responsible for what you submit. If the tender asks whether AI was used, you answer truthfully: the draft is prepared with an AI model from your material and checked by a person.
  4. Price and refund. £750 for one bid (one tender, up to its quality questions), invoiced when you order and payable within 7 days. If the bid does not win, £375 comes back when the authority's assessment summary gives our drafted answers less than half of the quality marks available for them, or when the authority gives no quality marks at all. Show us the assessment summary or the authority's letter, and we refund within 14 days. No VAT statement is made here until our VAT position is settled.
  5. Your data. Documents you upload, the text read from them and the drafted answers are deleted 30 days after upload. The order and the published draft stay until you delete your account, which you can do at any time in settings. We never use your documents to train any model.
  6. Ending it. You can cancel before you send your documents for drafting, at no cost. After that the price is due, and the refund rule above still applies.
